Golf is something that I’ve always wanted to learn and for my 29th birthday was given 6 lessons to get me started, now I go down to the driving range virtually every week so I can perfect getting that damn little white ball to go where it want it to go.
In the summer months I like to go off-road biking across the countryside around Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. I especially like the old dismantled railway line running from Burley to Brockenhurst.
On 2 previous holidays I have had the change to Scuba dive (in Malta and Turkey), this is something that I have enjoyed and possibly would one day like to take the Padi course.
I’m also a bit of a geek when it comes to Apple computers and keep up to speed with their industry. Listen to a various weekly mac/apple based podcasts, read Macworld magazine and eNews newsletters. I’ve been interested in the mac since studing for my A-levels and like to think I’ve got a broad range on knowledge in the software side of things as well.
I also have a soft spot for my childhood favourite toy, Lego. I acquired quite a few catalogues when I was collecting and have recently started trying to complete this collection.
As with most people, I enjoy reading (travel books such as Bill Bryson), listening to music and movies.
In the future I’d like to learn to sail and possible sail around the Med and also I would also like to do a lot more travelling.
